Your first step in your journey to become a Caci Skin Therapist is to complete all of the required online pre-learning.
Please note that there are approximately 4-5 hours of online learning to complete prior to attending the five-day Skin Health Training in the Caci Training Academy.
Micro needling Training Course Description
This intensive 1-day Micro needling Training program at the Caci Training Academy equips Caci Senior Skin Therapists and Registered Nurses with the knowledge and practical skills to safely and effectively perform micro needling treatments using the Exceed Micro needling Device.
Participants will engage in a mix of theoretical learning and hands-on practice under the guidance of experienced trainers, culminating in the completion of two case studies to demonstrate competency. The course covers topics such as skin structure, machine safety, treatment protocols, and client consultation. Graduates who meet all requirements will receive certification and be authorized to treat clinic clients.

Learning Objectives:
- Understand microneedling's role in skin health and treatment planning.
- Operate the Exceed Microneedling Device safely and efficiently.
- Conduct thorough consultations, including recognizing contraindications.
- Execute professional treatments following Caci protocols.
Prerequisites:
- Minimum 5 years' industry experience as a Caci Senior Skin Therapist or registration as a Caci Nurse.
- Completion of online learning and adherence to Caci conduct and uniform guidelines.
Outcome:
Graduates will be certified to deliver microneedling treatments and possess in-depth knowledge of Caci's procedures, ensuring high-quality client care.
This course focuses on the importance of regular customer check-ins as a core part of the Caci Customer Experience Standards. You’ll learn how to personalise treatment plans, support customers as their skin changes, and build long-term relationships. The module covers the check-in process, including treatment planning, active listening, and empathetic communication. You’ll also gain tools to handle feedback and manage negative reviews with professionalism. By the end, you’ll be confident in delivering meaningful, results-driven check-ins that enhance the customer experience.
New learning pathway effective 1st April 2025.
"Laser 1" has been split into two separate courses and qualifications:
Laser Hair Removal (Diode laser ) Training
Photorejuvenation (IPL) Training.
To register, you will need to make 2 separate registrations requests. The training dates will be scheduled back to back during the off-peak season (April to November). During December to March, Photorejuvenation training will not be available as per the treatment protocol.
LED light Therapy is a part of the Reformaskin conditioning treatment range, used on the skin health plan.
At the end of this module the learner will be able to:
Describe the features and benefits of this treatment.
Identify treatment indications, precautions and contraindications.
Create a Skin Health Treatment plan using LED Light Therapy for numerous customer concerns and scenarios.
The Blemish Control facial is a part of the Reformaskin conditioning treatment range, used on the skin health plan.
At the end of this module the learner will be able to:
Describe the features and benefits of this treatment.
Identify treatment indications, precautions and contraindications.
Create a Skin Health Treatment plan using the Blemish Control facial for numerous customer concerns and scenarios.
Caci Non-surgical Facelift training is online only.
